Help a Single Mother Fight Stage 4 Lung Cancer

Hi, my name is name is Vanessa, and I’m a single mother navigating the most difficult of my life.

On July 2nd, what I thought would be a short hospital visit turned into a life-changing moment: I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Lung Cancer — specifically, Adenocarcinoma of the Lung.

Since that day, everything has changed.

My Fight Against Cancer

I’ve begun an aggressive treatment plan, which includes:

• Rybrevant: a targeted therapy for my specific cancer type
• Carboplatin: a chemotherapy drug that slows the spread of cancer
• Vitamin B12 injections and daily folic acid: to support my body through side effects.

Treatment started with weekly infusions until my 8th around, and now we are doing treatment every 21 days, and it takes a physical and emotional toll — but I’m staying strong, determined to fight this with everything I have for myself and my kids.

Why I Need Your Help

• The cost of this fight is staggering. While I focus on healing, I’m facing mounting medical bills and hospital expenses, ongoing treatment, and medical costs.
